How does the return and refund process work?
The customer has up to 7 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return. To do so, simply initiate the return request through the form at the contact page or via email. During the request, the customer must provide the reason for the return.
What is the exchange process like?
The deadline for exchange requests is up to 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
In cases of defects, the exchange deadline is 90 days after receiving the product.
